This video will guide you through the step by step process of fixing a Roku remote that is not following commands. If your Roku remote control has buttons that aren't registering when pressed, or if they are registering the incorrect button (you hit up, and the cursor went down), then you likely have moisture in your clicker.

    Pull fridge out and vacuum floor of broken glass (almost always some there - in my house anyway :-). Air compressor with air blow gun attachment, shop vac outlet port, computer cleaner compressed air can, leaf blower. Vacuum/ or garage vacuum: Attach old flexible cpap hose to the end to slip around corners. Online stores sell flexible hose attachments too. Search vacuum cleaner flexible hose, or dryer vent cleaning hose. Look for a hose that won't crease when going around the 90 degree corner.

    Looking to buy an air compressor, not sure how they work. Do they need to be outside like a generator, and just use a long hose attached? What size air compressor will handle this job? Thanks!

    I came here looking for ideas on how to access the center section of the coils beneath my fridge, as I was only able to manuver the brush I bought into the forward-most section of the coil array (my coils look almost exactly like the ones in your video) and vacuuming only cleared the very front bit of the coils. I would never have occurred to me to use an air compressor to blow the lint free, and a box fan with improvised filter to catch it all. This is a great idea, and it worked perfectly for me. Thank you! Thank you also for advising to unplug the fridge to preclude one having to "round up free range dust bunnies" 😂👌

    Thank you!!! I have had a problem with my generator that it will only run with the choke slightly closed. I had cleaned the carburetor 2 times and checked the needle valve, ect. The key was that secondary black screw trick where the tube was clogged with a piece of dirt. It runs perfect now!!!

    Excellent video! I had to run on partial choke. Would still run fully open, but far from smoothly. Duromax XP4400E. I knew it wasn't bad gas, so I did the carb things you suggested. The jet and tube holes didn't seem clogged at all, but I ran the tiny wire through them anyway. I tried the same on the teeny tiny jet, but it seemed the wire was slightly too big to go all the way through, so I sprayed some brake cleaner in it. Wire still wouldn't go through so I put it back together not expecting the issue to be solved, but it was. Runs perfectly now. Thanks!

    Regarding the overheating - the manual tells to place on smooth ground, so I think a carpet will not allow enough airflow underneath to prevent overheating

  • @TJsVette

    Every hurricane season I always start my generators and make sure they are running like they are suppose to. This year I went to start it and it will only run with the choke on. Hopefully this resolves my issue. I always turn my fuel off and allow the generator to run until it runs out of fuel just so there is nothing left so idk how it would get clogged. I also don't leave any gas in the tank and drain it all out into a gas can prior to storing it.

    My neighborhood has a bulk trash day, and I found one of these safes in brand new condition in the trash pile so I'm trying to figure out how to open it. Depending on the size I think it might be a good safe to put my primers and gunpowder for reloading and mount it to my reloading table

    How in the heck do you adjust if you’re using your generator to run your house in a power outage?

  • @williambyrdson6159
    @williambyrdson6159 13 днів тому

    What about a home emergency generator connected to a main panel with interlock (i.e. no transfer switch)? I gather the generator should be floating neutral since the house has it's own nuetral to ground connection. But, in this case, with a generator with a floating-nuetral, what happens when there is a fault in the generator? Seems like your damned if you and damned if you don't. By the way, this is THE clearest video on the subject. I've listened to 10 today and didn't understand a god-damn thing they said. Thanks for your efforts.

    Why does champion say to soak the foam air filter in clean oil?

    • @HomeBatteryBank
      @HomeBatteryBank 13 днів тому

      If it's a foam air filter instead of a paper one, a little oil is generally applied to it. You don't want it soaked, just work some oil into it and then squeeze the filter really well in some paper towel or a shop rag to get any excess oil out. You just want it to have a minimal amount remaining in the foam when all is said and done, but you want it throughout the foam. The foam that is impregnated with oil helps to better filter dirt and dust from entering into the engine and instead it sticks to the oil -- but the oil is so minimal that air can still work its way though without any issues. Remember, it shouldn't be "soaked", it should have a faint oily residue on it. Big difference.

    Mine machine starts, runs for about 4 seconds and then stalls. You don't have to wait to start it again. You can start it a hundred times in a row, and it will stall after four seconds. Also, you can keep it running by pressing the primer bulb every few seconds. So, what's the differential diagnosis for a machine that will start every time (with priming), but then stalls.

      i believe the issue would be the controller board in the battery, the reason he's opening the batter is to bypass that control board because if there isn't a charge the control board cannot switch to an open state to allow further charge
